ORDER DISPATCH

We aim to ship your orders as soon as possible and we generally ship out within 48 hours during business days. Pre-Orders please allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery.  Please be aware that during peak periods your order may take longer to be dispatched.

DELIVERY SERVICES

We use different couriers for different delivery destination, and we always aim to offer you the best choice of courier available.

When possible, we indicate average transit times for your specific destination. These transit times are given to us by couriers and they are average transit times. While they are generally reliable, they are not guaranteed. If your parcel is running late, our customer service team will be glad to help you investigate contact hi@carolyns.store.   However, we are generally unable to offer refunds on any shipping charges if your parcel has been delivered later than the stated transit time.
